Since 2009, over $29 billion dollars have been invested in OEMs and suppliers located within the state of Michigan, more than three times any other state. As such, Michigan is home to the densest cluster of the industry, serving industry needs from traditional automotive services, manufacturing issues and solutions to research, testing, design and implementation of next-generation mobility technologies.

In the past eight years, there have been more than 560,000 private sector jobs in Michigan, giving a 9% gain in median household income and a dropped unemployment rate.
